A leading estate planning attorney in Yakima represented a mother with fading memory issues.  The client had two daughters who cared about their mother's well being but were estranged from each other.  The attorney brought us in to protect the mother and foster peace between the daughters.

An insurance agent for a wealthy entrepreneur in ill health guided his client to us.  The client retained an experienced estate planning attorney who had also worked extensively with us to create a sophisticated estate plan including multiple trusts for family members from two marriages.  The plan includes a substantial charitable trust to provide for drug and alcohol rehabilitation for the chemically dependent.
